G-man, who loves creepy crawlies, chose the ants carrying innards of course. What other picture would a nearly 8-year-old boy select for his lunch box and weekend soccer or other outings? He’s so proud. Book’em, after much consideration, chose a nice bright red bottle with a silhouette of a person being struck by lightning. It made him giggle and it so suits his wonky sense of humour. Mini-man opted for the brilliant blue bottle with an electrified yak and bat. He likewise thought the picture was hilarious and it always makes him laugh.
Interestingly, my wee Rose and I both picked the sheep designs. I went for colour and size; the boys were so loopy in the tiny little store I was more conscious of just getting through the cash and out the door really. I think baby girl was drawn to the brilliant red for hers. Be warned however that Laken designers are on the quirky side. While Rose’s little sheep are cute and friendly I discovered only after friends spied them on my adult-sized bottle that there are two sheep engaged in, well, adult sheep behaviour shall we say!! Naughty. That detail made my husband roar with laughter.
Laken bottles. Share the joy with your family as well as good health.
